Terms of Service — Clear Focus

Clear Focus ("the app") is a daily planner designed to help you plan your day without the guilt. The app is currently in beta, which means features may change, improve, or occasionally break as we build. We provide the beta as-is while we work toward a stable release.

You need an account to use Clear Focus. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Our founding beta testers shape this app with us. If you are accepted as a founding tester, use the app for about 2 weeks and complete the feedback form, you lock in Clear Focus Plus free for life — no payment, ever, for as long as the service exists.

Founding tester spots are limited. Once they are filled, this offer ends.

• Clear Start (free): manual planning, backlog, calendar, and check-offs, with a cap on active tasks.
• Clear Focus Plus: $8/month or $80/year. Full access including AI-assisted planning features.

Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Founding testers keep Plus free for life under Section 3 regardless of future price changes.

Paid Clear Focus Plus subscriptions bill in advance and auto-renew each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep Plus access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Share your account with others
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own everything you create in Clear Focus — your tasks, Clear Mind lists, and plans are yours. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to operate the service (including AI features you choose to use, as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Clear Focus, its design, and its code belong to KingC.H.T. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its branding without permission.

You can stop using Clear Focus at any time and request deletion of your account and data (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The app is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 for free and founding-tester accounts).

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
